Okta SAML

Follow these steps to integrate UI Bakery with Okta SAML

Create Okta App Integration

Log in to your Okta admin dashboard and create a new app integration.

• Choose SAML 2.0 Sign-in method

• Enter app name

• Enter Single sign-on URL as https://YOUR_INSTANCE/api/auth/login/saml

• Enter Audience URI (SP Entity ID), for example bakery

• In Application username choose Email

• Assign users or groups to application. User Name has to be user email.

Configure UI Bakery environment variables

Set the following environment variables in your UI Bakery instance. You can find the metadata XML in Sign On tab.

UI_BAKERY_SAML_ENABLED=true
UI_BAKERY_SAML_METADATA_URL=https://yourorg.okta.com/app/appId/sso/saml/metadata
UI_BAKERY_SAML_ENTITY_ID=bakery
