How to enable two-step authentication for your workspace

Multi-Factor Authentication enhances security for your workspace. Admins can enable it in Workspace settings:

UI Bakery uses the TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Passwords) algorithm. Once 2FA is enabled for your workspace, each user will be prompted to set up MFA during their next login. New users are required to set up MFA during the registration process.

To configure MFA, users should scan the QR code using their authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, and enter the code generated by the app:

Users will be prompted to enter the code during every login until they choose to 'remember the device.

Workspace admins have the ability to reset MFA for a user who has lost access to their authenticator app. The reset button is located in User & Permissions. Following the reset, the user can set up MFA again

With an on-premise installation of UI Bakery, you have the flexibility to modify MFA settings, including the service name, algorithm type, and the duration for which codes remain valid.
